The candidate should assist in developing, delivering and promoting Sport activities within the sports institutions. They will be responsible for developing, executing and managing the sports operations of the chosen sport at each of our partner institutions. In addition to the daily Operations, this role will contribute to the development, administration and execution of the KOOH’s national strategy. Minimum Educational qualification - BPED & a minimum of 12-36 months of proven coaching experience
Experience of working with kids in coaching and community environment
Participation/recognition at district, national or state level in the sport applied for
Preferably completed a coaching programme from a recognized institute
Understanding /Experience of different sports sciences techniques & training methods
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of the safety methods to be deployed during training sessions
Understand coaching ethics and standards, ability to apply them appropriately in all coaching situations
Take a lead in planning, promotion and delivery of Coaching Sessions
Mentor trainee coaches and volunteer coaches
Advising athletes on the training to be conducted, suitable kit and equipment
Provide sports expertise to partner institutions regarding sports development, game operations, game administration, rules & regulations, player personnel, competitive matters and trends
Technical Director - Football
•Overseetheselection,programcontent and deliveryofall the academies in line with company’s football development plans
•Conduct audits of all the football academies in terms of Coaching Quality, Parent Engagement,

•Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in sports management/education discipline
•Outstanding cross functional leadership skills; ability to build connections and strategic mind-set.
•Good experience and success in elite football development/management/coaching.

•Evidence of Delivery of Coaching Programmes.
•Well developed leadership and management skills with a track record of creating a culture of high performance.
Prior Experience: Minimum 8 years
The candidate will have significant experience or education in sales, hiring resource staff, operations and client relationship management and is an assertive and result driven sales and service delivery manager.
•Contribute as the business development manager of the company targeting schools and corporate houses.
•Maintain, Identify, develop and create relationships with partner schools & probable partner schools, and corporate houses for the programs, products, events and sports content developed by KOOH.
•Manage day to day operation activities such as coach reporting, fresh sales visits, existing operational school visits and resolving coach issues.
•Manage and build relationships with local sports and fitness bodies and institutions for hiring and probable academy set ups.
•Should be proficient in developing go to market strategy to sell new products and add to organization and self -revenue targets.
•Planning and implementation of sales and customer retention and development.
•Should have an understanding of the local and surrounding regions in terms of being able to identify target schools
•Sound knowledge of handling digital technology such as a Tablet
•Strong and persuasive negotiation skills
•A credible communicator, adept at operating at higher management level
•Commercially minded and results driven
•Experience in sales is a prerequisite
•Strong presentation skills will be an added advantage

Graphic Design Intern
The Graphic Design Intern works closely with team members to create designs and communications for large audiences. This team member uses their existing design skills to create both print and web graphics to support business area initiatives, working within best practices guidelines while building communication and design skills.
